Bill Higgins Coached Basketball at Muncy (Pa.) HS, Whitehall HS and Fonda-Fultonville HS. He led his teams to 7 League Titles, 3 Co-Championships and 2 Sectional Titles. He has worked at several Basketball Camps. He was a member of the Section 2 Basketball Committee (Chairman 8 years) and Executive Committee, Capital Region Scholar-Athlete Committee, Channel 13 All-Star Selection Committee and the NYSPHSAA Executive Committee (12 years). Bill has served as Chairman of the NYSPHSAA Boys Basketball Committee for 22 years.
