Commonly referred to as "The Coach of Coaches," Bee is one of the most recognized men in the history of basketball. He left permanent impressions on the game with his development of the three-second rule, the 1-3-1 zone and the box-and-one defense. During a 20-year tenure (1931-1951) at LIU, Bee compiled an unbelievable 357-79 record. Bee ended his career with a remarkable .827 lifetime winning percentage. He is member of the National Basketball Hall of Fame.
